Solution

Nsight team implemented SAP CRM Channel Management solution for effective management and control of indirect Sales channels; components included Sell-in, Re-Sales Tracking, Marketing and Master Data. Defined and structured CRM sales, service and marketing organization using robust and scalable territory structure for reporting. Provided more accurate sales commission reimbursement process; leveraged SAP NetWeaver BI to deliver Channel Analytics. Defined common customer data model across all functions, applications and departments.
