Project Objectives
Deploy an integrated reporting solution related to customer service management. Goals include providing executive managerial users with timely and easy access to information (dashboards, and reports) by implementing CRM info cubes in the SAP Netweaver application within SAP BI.

Solution
Nsight consultants leveraged our proven methodology to start the implementation process. We analyzed requirements from different functional groups to verify various reporting needs. During Blueprint phase, we validated requirements against SAP BW standard business content to derive the Gap/Fit Analysis. The Scope of the project included custom cubes in the CRM functional areas. Required master data was implemented to support Customer Analytics. Enhancements were made to the standard BW datasources to meet the complex information and data needs of the business. Queries were created against the info providers and published on web to deliver a user friendly and flexible analytical and formatted reporting.
