Solution
Nsight drafted a well thought out project plan working closely with SAP America. The plan included to conduct initial executive interviews prior to scheduling the formal CRM workshops. The workshop content was built to focus on re-validating the requirements based on initial gathering. We delivered the list of KPIs that were aligned to support the overall CRM objectives and created Gap/Fit Analysis, implementation roadmap and roll out plan based on criticality of the scope items and dependencies.
