Management Analyst- HR
Must have 3-4 years experience in Human Resource and other management functions.
Candidate wil be involved and will provide consultation, both in-house as well as to the clients.
Must know how to review policies and procedures, deal with employee compensation issues, analyze training requirements and device methods to implement new training procedures.
Must have hands on experience in development and implementation of various training tools for staff development.
The ideal candidate must know how to conduct workshops with staff to examine the issues that arise out of organizational change and policies.
Must have experience to analyze and develop Employee benefit plans as well as make new or update and Employee handbook.
Must know how to work with small groups and individuals to improve their personal and interpersonal skills.
Will have to know how to conduct organizational research including employee attitudes and brand attitudes and analyze the data to improve company performance.
Must know how to device Job descriptions so that they meet the equal opportunities policy.
Must know how to analyze and help Employee communications within an organization.
Must have knowledge of recruitment/affirmative action/EEO, Succession planning.
Must have expereince in General HR/personnel administration issues and other issues that will develop and ongoing relationship.
*The minimum education required for this position is bachelor*s level or equivalent degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing or other equivalent field with 1-3 years of experience.
