My role at Nsight is Director of Sales. My goal is to assist existing customers with their IT needs and understand new customer requirements to make any change or integration within their company as seamless as possible. I make sure to bring in highly skilled resources to fully understand our customers’ challenges and build a road map for the customer on how to best achieve their goals.
I feel great about my progress at Nsight. I have a support team that I can count on and numerous resources to lean on in the pursuit of our shared goals. Wanting instant gratification is natural, but we are building long-term relationships with our customers and want to be considered a partner in their success. This does not happen overnight, but with the ability to leverage our resources and lay out a path for that long-term success, I feel like our team is moving in the right direction.
Nsight is a great place to work because it facilitates a team atmosphere. We have many specialists and subject matter experts that enhance our ability to provide long term solutions for our customers, and our ability to deliver those solutions as a team is a very rewarding way to do business.

My role with Nsight is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. My role is to mentor and guide the sales team in assisting our clients in finding the right solution for their needs. I enjoy the ability to sit with the clients and share my past experiences to see where I can bring more of a consulting ear then a sales ear.

Working as a Manager for a well versed client, my responsibilities includes operations implementation of day to day tasks handling infra projects and co-ordinate with cross functional teams to handle issues and address new requirements.

The following provides a brief description of the current insurance and other benefits offered by the Nsight to various categories of Nsight employees. From time to time, these benefits may change. Details of insurance plans described in this Handbook are contained in booklets written by the insurance carriers and are called Summary Plan Descriptions ("SPD"). SPD’s are available with HR. Coverage of specific situations and benefits are determined by the insurance carrier. Employees should read the SPD for each plan carefully.

You participate in the Nsight’s health insurance plan, you and your beneficiaries (if you are covered by a family plan) have the right to continue group coverage when one of the following qualifying events occur: death of a covered employee; termination of employment or reduced hours (that would otherwise. cause a loss of coverage); divorce or legal separation; spouse becomes eligible for Medicare; or dependent child reaches maximum age allowed under the group plan.
To continue coverage, you or your eligible beneficiaries must elect such coverage and pay the entire cost of the medical insurance premiums. The period of continuation is 18 months for termination of employment or reduced hours or 36 months for all other reasons. If you are disabled, you may qualify for a maximum of 29 months of continuation with higher payments required for continuation beyond 18 months.
All employees are covered by workers’ compensation protection for work-related injuries and illnesses. Medical expenses and compensation for lost time due to a work-related illness or injury are covered as provided by law. Employees filing a claim under this policy should immediately notify the HR and obtain an “Employer’s First Report of Injury” form. The form should be filled out completely with the exception of the signature line, title and date, and returned to the HR representative within 24 hours to ensure prompt notice to our insurance carrier.
